Who We Are

Ladyz Girlz Advocacy Services Corporation is a nonprofit organization based in Baltimore, Maryland. It focuses on community Juvenile reentry and provides support and advocacy for youth and families. The organization is dedicated to helping high-risk youth and repeat juvenile offenders through counseling, mentoring, and a reentry support program.

Ladyz Girlz Advocacy Services Corporation promotes young people's safety and positive development. We focus on facilitating the reform of repeat juvenile offenders within the juvenile justice system. Our unique platform holds both parents and children accountable for their actions and aims to offer young individuals an alternative to a future marred by violence and poverty. We cater to youth and adolescents aged 14 to 22 and offer a structured six-month program comprising group sessions, individual counseling, and regular reports to the juvenile court for follow-up. In addition, our program covers essential life skills, violence prevention, sexual education, and the effects of substance abuse on the body. We also organize award ceremonies for program completion.

About the Founder and Director

Growing up with a single mother who raised three children independently, I learned the importance of independence and resilience from a young age. Despite facing challenges, including the trauma of my daughter being sexually assaulted and the heartbreaking loss of my son, I remain committed to helping young people overcome adversity.

I am proud to now work as a substance abuse counselor, holding a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a certification in Nonprofit Management. Currently, I am pursuing a master’s degree in business administration. My goal is to establish an office that focuses on addressing violence in Baltimore, MD, by providing support and opportunities for at-risk youth. My vision includes offering reentry programs and structured guidance to help young individuals break free from the cycle of violence, as well as providing substance abuse counseling for those in need.

Furthermore, I aspire to broaden the horizons of our youth by organizing four annual field trips, allowing them to explore worlds outside of their underserved communities. By offering a fresh perspective and motivation, I aim to empower adolescents between the ages of 14 and 22 and pave the way for positive change.
