She will develop and implement therapeutic activities and programs to promote emotional, social, and behavioral growth and use positive behavior management techniques to help children and youth develop healthy coping strategies and social skills.

Experienced clinician with 5+ years specializing in crisis intervention and counseling for rehabilitation. Skilled in assessments, risk management, safety planning, and recovery treatment program planning. Proficient in connecting with diverse individuals facing substance abuse, providing effective crisis interventions, and coordinating with applicable outside organizations.

On the other hand, the Security Leason is tasked with maintaining the safety and security of individuals, property, and assets, ensuring a secure environment for all.

This includes overseeing fundraising campaigns, building donor relationships, and managing teams to achieve financial goals. The role requires strategic planning, high-level donor engagement, and leading large-scale fundraising initiatives. Her Key responsibilities include developing and implementing fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals, building and maintaining relationships with donors and sponsors, coordinating fundraising events and campaigns, preparing and managing budgets for fundraising activities, overseeing grant writing and reporting processes, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of fundraising efforts, collaborating with marketing and communications teams to promote fundraising initiatives, and training and supervising fundraising staff and volunteers.

This position demands the development of a comprehensive event management plan, which encompasses overseeing the recruitment and training of staff, and acting as the liaison between the event and external entities such as sponsors and media platforms. The responsibilities also include monitoring the progress of planning and execution, understanding the event's objectives and the host's preferences, and creating policies and guidelines to ensure the proper execution of the event.
