Chief Executive OfficerMrs. Juanita Roslyn Weddington serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Ladyz Girlz Advocacy Services Corporation, providing visionary leadership and strategic direction for the organization. She is committed to advancing the organization's mission of empowering youth, individuals, and families through comprehensive advocacy, education, and community-based support services.Under Mrs. Weddington's leadership, the organization provides high-quality behavioral health support, anger management, mentoring, mediation, case management, and community resource coordination to individuals facing mental health challenges, intellectual and developmental disabilities, substance use disorders, and other behavioral health needs.As the organization expands its impact beyond Baltimore, Maryland, Mrs. Weddington is leading the strategic relocation and growth of services into Colonial Beach, Virginia, with a focus on increasing access to underserved communities. Her vision is to build stronger families, reduce recidivism, promote emotional wellness, and equip youth with the skills, resources, and support necessary to achieve long-term stability and success.Through compassionate leadership, innovative programming, and strong community partnerships, Mrs. Weddington continues to position Ladyz Girlz Advocacy Services Corporation as a trusted nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming lives and creating safer, healthier communities.

Our Vice President, who is also a Residential youth childcare practitioner, will work with families to facilitate reunification and strengthen family bonds when possible. She will develop and implement therapeutic activities and programs to promote emotional, social, and behavioral growth and use positive behavior management techniques to help children and youth develop healthy coping strategies and social skills.

Secretary
Experienced clinician with 5+ years specializing in crisis intervention and counseling for rehabilitation. Skilled in assessments, risk management, safety planning, and recovery treatment program planning. Proficient in connecting with diverse individuals facing substance abuse, providing effective crisis interventions, and coordinating with applicable outside organizations.

The Mentor Supervisor is pivotal in ensuring effective mentoring relationships within an organization by recruiting, training, and supporting mentors and overseeing the program through collaboration with stakeholders and community outreach. On the other hand, the Security Leason is tasked with maintaining the safety and security of individuals, property, and assets, ensuring a secure environment for all.

Anita is responsible for developing and executing strategies to secure financial support for the organization. This includes overseeing fundraising campaigns, building donor relationships, and managing teams to achieve financial goals. The role requires strategic planning, high-level donor engagement, and leading large-scale fundraising initiatives. Her Key responsibilities include developing and implementing fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals, building and maintaining relationships with donors and sponsors, coordinating fundraising events and campaigns, preparing and managing budgets for fundraising activities, overseeing grant writing and reporting processes, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of fundraising efforts, collaborating with marketing and communications teams to promote fundraising initiatives, and training and supervising fundraising staff and volunteers.

Keaonia Shaw Jamison

Events Director
Keaonia plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of events by organizing, mobilizing, and coordinating staff, participants, officials, and administrators. This position demands the development of a comprehensive event management plan, which encompasses overseeing the recruitment and training of staff, and acting as the liaison between the event and external entities such as sponsors and media platforms. The responsibilities also include monitoring the progress of planning and execution, understanding the event's objectives and the host's preferences, and creating policies and guidelines to ensure the proper execution of the event.
